Absolutely! We are fully licensed and insured to provide safe, professional event entertainment for schools, churches, corporations, and private parties.

We are also an approved vendor for most school districts!

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

We bring the fun to all kinds of events including:

• Corporate events and company picnics

• School carnivals, after-proms, field days, and fundraisers

• Church events, VBS programs, and youth camps

• Foam parties, birthday parties, and more!

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons like spring and summer. Some weekends fill up months in advance!

At InFunity Events, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and we strive to be as flexible as possible when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate.

Here’s how our weather policy works:

• *If you choose to cancel due to weather before we have left our warehouse, there is no charge to you.

• If we have already left our warehouse for delivery, staffing and delivery fees may apply to cover the costs incurred.

• If a deposit has been made, it will not be lost!
  Your deposit can be applied toward a future event date within one (1) year from the original scheduled event.

We always recommend making a final weather decision at least 2–3 hours prior to your scheduled delivery window whenever possible.

Your options if bad weather is forecasted:

• Reschedule your event (subject to availability)

• Cancel with no penalty if done before dispatch

• Hold your deposit for a future event within one year

Important Notes:

• Once equipment has been set up on-site, full rental fees apply regardless of weather changes.

• Safety is our priority: In the event of high winds, heavy rain, or lightning, we reserve the right to delay setup or cancel services to ensure everyone’s safety.

That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy designed with your needs in mind.

You can cancel your event at any time, for any reason, with no penalty — as long as we have not left our warehouse.

• If you cancel before we depart, there is absolutely no charge.

• If a deposit was made, don’t worry — your deposit is not lost! It can be applied to a future event up to one (1) year from your original event date.

We believe it’s your event, and you should feel comfortable adjusting plans if needed.
Our goal is to work with you, not against you.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables are versatile and can be safely set up on a variety of surfaces, including:

• Grass

• Cement

• Concrete

• Asphalt

• Indoors (gyms, halls, or other large indoor spaces)

We use a different anchoring system depending on the type of surface to ensure the safest setup possible:

• Grass setups are anchored using long steel stakes driven into the ground.

• Concrete, asphalt, and indoor setups are anchored securely with heavy-duty sandbags.

When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of surface your inflatable will be installed on. This helps us bring the right anchoring equipment and ensures a smooth, safe setup for your event!

Yes! At InFunity Events, we offer inflatables and attractions for guests of all ages — from toddlers to adults!

We have a wide variety of options to match the age group and energy level of your event:

• Toddler Units: Smaller bounce houses and play zones designed for little ones to jump safely.

• Kids’ Favorites: Bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, and interactive games perfect for elementary and middle school ages.

• Teen and Adult Attractions: Giant obstacle courses, competitive games, interactive challenges, and slides that can handle teens and adults alike.

When booking, just let us know the age range of your guests, and we’ll help you choose the perfect inflatables to keep everyone entertained and safe!

We accept credit cards or checks.

You may pay your balance by credit card prior to the event. If you are not paying your balance by credit card, the balance is then due on the day of your event PRIOR to set up.

Yes! We need you to be available for drop off so we can have you personally show us where you would like the inflatable. Most times we are able to setup in that exact location, however there is times when our delivery driver needs to make safety calls dependent on slope, hills, power lines, space, surface setup.

Once set is complete we will go over the contract, Operator Instructions, and collect payment. (We accept cash or credit card as final payment) (Business/School Checks are accepted as well- no personal checks please)

We will then leave you with the equipment for the extent of your event. If you have any questions, or issues please make sure you contact emergency number on the top of your paperwork during your rental to give us the opportunity to remedy them for you.

Yes. Our weekday (Monday –Thursdays – holidays excluded) prices are deeply discounted from our regular weekend rates. Furthermore, if you are planning a large event where multiple items are needed we can work with you on special pricing for those types of events as well. Please call for details. While we try to keep our pricing competitive and fair at all times, we will not “low ball” or try to always be the least expensive out there. We believe our pricing, our clean and high quality equipment, and our professional service will always represent your overall best value.

It depends on each inflatable. Here is a list of some of our general inflatables. Feel free to contact our office for more information if the one you are looking at renting is not listed.

Standard (LG) Bounce House 15×15,: 8 kids or 800 pounds, whichever is exceeded first.          Combo: 10 kids or 1000 pounds, whichever is exceeded first.
Slides: 3 at a time (one on slide, one on ladder, and one on top)
Obstacle Courses, Playground type: typically up to 8 kids or 800 pounds.
Obstacle Course: Race: 2 players at a time racing against each other.

* Keep in mind that all participants should be grouped together by size allowing them to play with like sizes.

The Inflatables can be setup on Grass, Concrete, Asphalt, or Indoors) You need a relatively level surface free of rocks, sticks, branches, rough debris, and fecal material. You will need a power source for your blower within 100 feet of the inflatable. We do have generators for rent if there is not power onsite.

If you are renting a unit that requires water you will also need a hose to reach where you are planning on putting the inflatable.

You are responsible for providing an attendant/monitor for the inflatable(s). Each Inflatable is required to have a dedicated attendant/monitor. Attendants can be rented for a additional charge on our website.
